Online video consultations (telehealth) provide a more flexible way to see me face to face, but from the comfort of your own home. Most of my consultations are online with clients all over the country and also internationally. However, if you prefer face to face appointments, I also am able to see clients at Nuffield Health, Plymouth Hospital on Tuesday's 2.30 to 6.30pm. 

An initial consultation lasts one hour and includes an in-depth review of your current and previous diet and food related problems in addition to your weight and medical history. From this information, I will give you education and advice and help you set goals that are realistic.
