There is now strong evidence to support the benefit of diet on reducing IBS symptoms.

 

I will guide you through how diet can impact your symptoms with tailored dietary and non-diet strategies to help manage your IBS and get in control of your IBS.

The low FODMAP diet is a specialist diet and should be implemented by a dietitian with suitable training who can support you effectively.

I am an expert in diet and IBS management and have undergone specialist training on the low FODMAP diet at King’s College London. I have over 15 years of clinical specialist experience in both the NHS, research and private healthcare.

 

I have coached hundreds of patients in following a low FODMAP diet and reintroducing food to control symptoms whilst improving dietary freedom.

Consultations

I will take time to thoroughly understand your medical history and assess your diet. I will work with you to find a diet that manages your current symptoms while promoting good long-term health. ​This typically is provided in three dietetic consultations, an initial 60-minute consultation, followed by two 30-minute review appointments.

 

You may be interested in my Gut Health package (£250). Ideal for anyone looking to looking for help and advice to manage their diet for digestive symptoms with bespoke recommendations based on personal goals and consultation results.

  • 1 x 60 minute consultation: An in depth assessment of your nutritional needs and dietary modification

  • 1 x 30 minute consultation: To evaluate progress and reintroduction of foods to establish food sensitivity and tolerance

  • 1 x 30 minute consultation: Dietary personalisation and optimisation for long-term good gut health

  • Includes a tailored report with educational resources & interim email support

  • All sessions to be used within 3 months
