FAQ

  • Can I speak to you before I get started?
    Of course. If you would like to talk to me, please email or phone me, to check if this is right for you before committing to a treatment package. You can also book a free 15-minute Discovery call here, this is an opportunity to discuss your diet and health concerns and goals and to learn about my approach.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment with me directly, just click here If you are planning to use health insurance, please email me directly
  • How much does a consultation cost?
    An Initial consultations is £130 and lasts for one hour. Follow up appointments are £80 and last for 30 minutes. I offer special discounted with additional features and support, as detailed on my pricing page. When you booking online, you will be directed to a secure payment portal and will pay for your appointment in full, in advance. If you are using healthcare insurance, please request via email.
  • What happens after I book online?
    Following booking and payment online, you will be sent an automatic receipt, Zoom link (if relevant) and appointment confirmation email. This will be followed up by a personal email from myself within 2 working days, Monday to Thursday 9-5pm (excluding bank holidays) where I will provide you with access to a secure portal where you can complete your health questionnaire, clinic agreement form and food diary.
  • Do I take insurance patients?
    I work with the following insurance companies: AVIVA, AXA, BUPA, Cigna, TTN, Vitality Health and WPA. Please contact me to discuss in advance.
  • What if I need other tests and treatments?
    If during the course of the programme you require additional investigations or treatments (e.g. medications), I will liaise with you and write to your GP or consultant.
  • Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
    Following your booking, I will send you a personal email within 2 working days, Monday to Thursday 9-5pm (excluding bank holidays) and will provide you with access to a secure portal where you can complete your health questionnaire, a clinic agreement form and food diary.
  • What can I expect from my appointments?
    Initial Consultations last for up to one hour and will include a full assessment of your medical history, lifestyle and dietary habits and we will determine a Nutritional Treatment Plan. The Nutritional Treatment Plan and any other resources will be sent to you via a secure email within 2 working days of the Consultation. Follow-up consultations will involve reviewing your treatment and offering ongoing dietary advice and support in implementation or adaptation of your treatment plan.
  • What if I book and change my mind or can’t make the appointment?
    If you do not attend your appointment, and you prepaid your appointment, you will not be refunded. I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will not be refunded unless in exceptional cases.
  • What happens when I complete a package programme?
    Hopefully you will feel more confident and healthy at the end of your programme, so you may not need to book in for further appointments. I do offer a discount on a block follow-up online package which can be booked (within 6 months) after an initial consultation or following a package appointment.   • Do you cover eating disorders? Do you cover paediatrics?
    I am unable to see clients who have an active eating disorder with a Body Mass Index under 18.5. I also do not cover paediatrics.
