As a gut-health specialist dietitian, I founded my freelance business in 2016 to make evidence-based nutrition and dietary advice accessible to people. I am passionate about giving people the knowledge and skills to improve their gut health and their lives.
I am a member of the British Dietetic Association, Freelance BDA and Gastroenterology BDA group.

Consultations
I will take time to thoroughly understand your medical history and assess your diet. I will work with you to find a diet that manages your current symptoms while promoting good long-term health.
This typically is provided in three dietetic consultations, an initial 60-minute consultation, followed by two 30-minute review appointments
Session 1: Assessment and dietary modification (i.e. commencing a therapeutic diet)
Session 2: Evaluation of progress and reintroduction of foods to establish food sensitivity and tolerance
Session 3: Dietary personalisation and dietary optimisation i.e. to achieve a healthy balanced diet for long-term good good health
Pricing: The Gut Health package is a suitable choice for other conditions requiring follow up and is £225, a saving of £50 and provides interim support through email.
