Includes 2 online Zoom consultations, tailored dietary reports, educational resources and email support Ideal for anyone looking for help and advice managing diet for chronic health conditions and includes a full nutritional assessment, bespoke recommendations based on personal goals and consultation results. ​Ideal for individuals with chronic conditions (excluding gut/digestive health) needing advice for managing: Menopause , Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Pre-Diabetes, Unplanned weight loss. The fee reflects the time spent researching your health concerns and diet history prior to your appointment, 2 secure Zoom consultations or telephone (if preferred), together with report preparation and a clinic letter to your GP or other healthcare provider, as required. The Personal Nutrition Package includes: 30 minutes assessment of your completed forms including a health questionnaire and food and drink diary prior to our meeting 1x 60-minute Initial Consultation 1 x 30-minute Follow-up sessions A tailored report with educational resources When booking online, please allow at least 3 days in order to complete your food diary and health form in advance Please call me if you require any further information or would prefer a telephone appointment When you book… After you have booked your session, you will be sent a Zoom link and some forms to complete via a secure portal including a health questionnaire, food and drink diary and clinic agreement form, within 2 working days. This allows me to assess your health and dietary needs prior to your appointment. Terms Book the first session online and subsequent sessions will be booked during our consultations. Sessions must be taken within 3 months unless otherwise agreed with Lucy Pritchard. Payment will be made in full in advance of our first consultation. Cancellation Policy For cancellations, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. I will always do my best to accommodate last minute rescheduling of appointments.
