This package is ideal for individuals looking for in-depth and tailored dietary advice from a nutrition expert with weekly review and email support. The fee reflects the time spent researching your health concerns and diet history prior to your appointment, 5 secure online Zoom consultations or telephone (if preferred), together with report preparation, a clinic letter to your GP or other healthcare provider as required, and an interim email in-between each appointment during the course of your booked programme. The Intensive Package includes: 30 minutes assessment of your completed forms including a health questionnaire and food and drink diary prior to our meeting 1x 60-minute Initial Consultation 5 x 30-minute Follow-up sessions An in-depth assessment of your nutritional needs, goal setting and education A bespoke 7-day food plan, assisted by the latest nutritional software A tailored report with educational resources All sessions to be used within 6 months When booking online, please allow at least 3 days in order to complete your food diary and health form in advance Please call me if you require any further information or would prefer a telephone appointment When you book… After you have booked your session, you will be sent a Zoom link and some forms to complete via a secure portal including a health questionnaire, food and drink diary and clinic agreement form, within 2 working days. This allows me to assess your health and dietary needs prior to your appointment. Terms Book the first session online and subsequent sessions will be booked during our consultations. Sessions must be taken within 6 months unless otherwise agreed with Lucy Pritchard. Cancellation Policy For cancellations, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. I will always do my best to accommodate last minute rescheduling of appointments.
