Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Insurance clients: If you pay for a service then later decide you would prefer to use insurance and want to refund your original paid booking, this can be arranged before your first appointment and is dependent on having no excess on your policy (there is a form to complete in advance).
